Food for thought:

Today, I went for Camp Comm meeting and I learnt a very good lesson from Eunice. She told us a story on a Christian and silversmith. The Christian asked the silversmith how he knew when the silver was ready to be taken out of the fire.

“Well, if you place it in the fire for too short a period of time, you wouldn’t get good silver. On the other hand, if you put it in for too long a period of time, the silver is tried for too long and is deemed spoilt,” replied the silversmith in a calm tone.

The Christian hurriedly asked again, “So when do you know that the silver is ready?”

The silversmith said, “When I can see my reflection on it.”

Haha I hope you had a good read.

For those who die die also don’t understand, let me expound it to you.

The fire is like our trials and tribulations we face. God put us through the fiery test to refine us until he sees himself in us.

Today’s Camp comm wasn’t so draggy and it was quite good cause we managed to finalise a lot of stuff today. Yea…

But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
